I placed an order for my upgrade and it says the order is parked, I’ve had 7 calls over two days but there’s no one on the other end and it cuts off.
will my order be processed and how do I contact someone

I'm really sorry that your order has been parked, I can appreciate you're keen to know why and get this sorted.
When an order is parked this could be because we're unable to offer you what you've chosen or that the details you've given us don't match.
So that I can look into this further I'll need to pop you a message and get some details.
