Hi I placed an order for a pay monthly and it’s telling me my order has been parked as there having trouble processing my order. Can someone help me please

I can also see you've received a phone call since asking why, however the call has left you concerned.
When an order is parked we'd aim to call you within 48 hours to explain why, we'd then advise of any other options if required.
