Order parked

Hi, I recently ordered a new mobile contract and the order was immediately parked, and no other contact made. Does anyone know how long this will take? I've already put in my details for the direct debit, so I'm worried if I go to another network, I'll get charged down the line from this order.

I'm looking for a contract quickly, so I'd rather not be sitting around for days/weeks for Virgin to respond to my order.

I'm sorry to hear that your order hasn't progressed yet, has this changed since you last posted?
