Order parked

I got a message saying my order had been parked and that someone would be in contact to resolve. After not hearing anything I called the number as advised and got put through to the sales team who I was told could fix it. But they did nothing, half committing to put me in touch with the relevant team who I was told could help, before the call was suddenly ended. Please advise if there's anything I can do to help move this forward, as I need the phone I ordered asap. Must say I'm slightly regretting signing up to the contract with virgin.

I am sorry to hear that your handset order has been parked, I can understand this can be disappointing. However we appreciate you coming over to the community forums for help.

 

There can be many reasons why an order may become parked - so I'm able to find out the reason why, I'm going to pop you over a PM so I can take a look into your account.
