I got a message saying my order had been parked and that someone would be in contact to resolve. After not hearing anything I called the number as advised and got put through to the sales team who I was told could fix it. But they did nothing, half committing to put me in touch with the relevant team who I was told could help, before the call was suddenly ended. Please advise if there's anything I can do to help move this forward, as I need the phone I ordered asap. Must say I'm slightly regretting signing up to the contract with virgin.
