I ordered a new s10 yesterday. I incorrectly ordered the wrong phone, contacted sales via chat and they cancelled the order.
They then processed a new order for a s10 plus , completed the credit check and said the phone would be delivered in 2 days.
I then get an email saying the order is parked, so I contacted sales via chat, who informed me there was a card validation error. Funny that as I have been using the same card and dd mandate for the last 5 years.
Does anyone at cm sales have a clue what's going on, this is getting past ridiculous, a loyal customer being told different things each and every time they make contact.
Come on virgin, get this sorted or I'm off to another provider.
