I ordered a phone a few days ago and it says that it's been parked. It keeps saying that someone would contact us within the next 48 hours but that never happened and I don't know how to go about it next.
Loads of these posts coming up at the moment. Just put Order Parked into the search box and see what I mean.
Hopefully, one of the team on here will get to you as it seems ringing Customer Services is a waste of time.
