Order parked

I placed a new order 7 days ago to get a new virgin mobile pay monthly contract , the email came back to say virgin would be in touch soon , still nothing after 7 days !! I don’t know what on earth is taking so long , I thought that the checks would be done straight away or at least I would have had some correspondence back to say if I had passed the checks now it’s saying parked ?! 
any help would be appreciated, if this is the level of customer service that im receiving  even before the order has gone through, then god help me if it goes through

Very sorry that your order has been parked and you've not heard back from the team.
