Order parked - new customer

Hello,

is there a human available with this company to talk to and cancel my attempt to join virgin mobile. I need to cancel and run as far away as possible from them.

I tried to sign up for a mobile and contract with them and since then my order has been “parked”. After reading all the hellish reviews literally everywhere I looked, I want NOTHING to do with this company.

Can I just go ahead and sign up with a different company and forget about this as I didn’t technically sign for anything uet as we haven’t got to that stage?

Really sorry to hear that your order has been parked, I can appreciate that you now want to cancel the order due to not hearing back from us.
