Hi, I ordered a phone a few days ago only to find the order parked. I've been receiving numerous calls from Virgin that I thought I was just missing due to phone being on silent but have realised it was because it was marked as spam. I tried calling back but the line just says to wait to be called. What do I do? Is there a more efficient or practical way other than organising a day off and monitoring my phone all day?
