Placed an order Sunday morning to add a new phone contract to my existing account (Broadband, phone, TV, SIMO) for my sons birthday upcoming in a few days. Thought it would be easier to keep everything under one umbrella. Was advertising that it would be delivered Monday. Completed all of the form only to receive an email saying the order had been parked and that id hear from someone within two days. Two days later and haven’t heard anything yet. Need to know what is going on with it, otherwise I’ll continue his contract at O2 if Virgin aren’t interested in the business.
