On wednesday I have placed order for mobile phone from you, and progres of my order stack at "next steps for your order" email. Since that day I haven't got any other progression information from you. I don't know how long should I wait for your respond, so I decided to ask here. Upon creating my order, I was only informed that I will get my phone on friday 09/10/2020, no information how long should I wait for next step... I have got Order ID, nothing else. However, at the end of my order I have been told there was a glitch, but I shouldn't worry to much. Also I have created virgin mobile account, but cant log in. Please advise.
