Order new sim

Not in receipt of new sim for mobile phone number [REMOVED] .sim number [REMOVED] has now been discontinued need access to my services urgently

I'm really sorry for the delayed reply and indeed the SIM issue you've had. I can see from checking the system today that you've spoke to the team since posting and they've activated the new SIM.
