I ordered an iPhone XR on Sunday but my order has been parked. I've tried to investigate into why this is but I can't see anything and the matter hasnt been resolved. Can anyone help please?
Thinking about just not bothering with the contract as it seems nobody really cares about a new customer.
I've got the same issue... Nobody has bothered to contact me. Virgin customer service really does seem as bad as the reviews state....
Makes me want to pull my hair out, most annoying thing is I can't even cancel my order (not that anything has been shipped/processed anyway)
There must be a way to cancel the order!?!
Hopefully you've got this sorted. I finally got an email yesterday afternoon confirming order..... Absolutely no help from anybody at Virgin though!

Still nothing, absolute joke!
I’ve got the same issue I ordered my iPhone XR Saturday morning. I’ve called about 5 times, live chatted 3 times, tweeted and made a message here and still nothing. Waiting for a call back from the ‘back office’ team so frustrating
