Order has been parked 2 days and contract is wrong
Hi. I ordered a new bundle Huawei P Smart 2020 contract phone with a Nintendo Switch on the 16/09. It was the £20 per month unlimited calls & texts with 1GB data deal. When completing the order, it said I was being given a discount for being an existing Virgin customer. It automatically changed my package to 0 minutes and it didn't let me opt out. The completed order now says the contract is a data only SIM, which is not the deal I chose. I've tried the text service and don't seem to be getting anywhere.
My order has been parked for 2 days and no one has called or emailed to say what's happening.
