Order has been parked 2 days and contract is wrong

Hi. I ordered a new bundle Huawei P Smart 2020 contract phone with a Nintendo Switch on the 16/09. It was the £20 per month unlimited calls & texts with 1GB data deal. When completing the order, it said I was being given a discount for being an existing Virgin customer. It automatically changed my package to 0 minutes and it didn't let me opt out. The completed order now says the contract is a data only SIM, which is not the deal I chose. I've tried the text service and don't seem to be getting anywhere.

My order has been parked for 2 days and no one has called or emailed to say what's happening.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry that this has happened when placing an order, I can appreciate the frustration this has caused and for the delay in getting back to you. 

I've had a little look and it seems as though this has been sorted for you now, can you confirm if this is the case? 

We have fed this back in the meantime as this shouldn't have happened and we're keen to know what's caused this.
