I placed an order almost 2 days ago now for a Samsung S10 on contract. The order went through straight away and was later parked saying they need more information. I understand that call centres may be busier than usual, but some form of contact would been nice even if a small email apologising.
All I'd like to know is should I wait to be called or call them?
Hello, im having this same issue can you somehow get someone to call me to resolve this issue, i cant get anyone on the line and whenever i get a live chat i just keep getting a bot which is fustrating
