Order changed

Can you help. 

I placed an order online a few days ago. Today a sales person called me and unfortunately I could barely hear her but tried to give her all the information I had.
She said something about £9 a month which I was a bit confused about until I just checked my order to find it has been cancelled and another one put in place.

It looks like I am not getting the phone I ordered but just a SIM card. How can I get this confirmed?

Im have no wish to come to  Virgin if I cant have the phone I want. I can get a good sim deal with my current supplier.

Can you help?
