Order cancellation

Can I confirm my order has in fact been cancelled. As I have received my direct debit email and signed my credit agreement. I have been told the issue was an invalid number. Is there no way to change the number to a valid one and continue with the delivery of my device and sim? If not then I will have cancel the order and make a new one.
