Hi - can somebody please advise how I go about ordering a replacement SIM card? The customer service number is closed and I can't find any instruction.
Any ideas how I can get a Virgin team member to respond to this? I've seen from other threads that they can sort via PM, but I don't know how to get their attention. @Martin_N ? @Kev_B ? @Beth_G ? @Ryan_N?
