Order Parked

Hi, I have recently placed an order that has been 'parked' I have tried to discuss on a call but agent transferred me to an unmanned line. 

I have seen there are several non answers already posted for why this has been done to other people and would like to get this resolved as my current contract ends in a few days and I need this sorted.

So far the level of service is pretty poor so I am beginning to regret trying to switch to Virgin.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry that your order has been parked and I can appreciate you're keen to know why. 

An order can be parked for a few reasons, it could be that the information you've given us is incorrect or that the credit check has possibly failed 

We can certainly take a closer look, to do this I'll pop you a personal message and we'll take it from there.
