It's been 5 days since I placed my order for my new mobile. From what I have read in previous replies, it takes up to 5 days for the additional checks to happen and for the customer to receive their next email, although my order is still parked and I have not received another email. This is becoming frustrating as I do not currently have another phone and I urgently need a new one. I will happily cancel the order and move on to another company if this isn't sorted soon.
