To clarify, with parked orders, they can occur as a secondary layer of confirming information provided on the sales order. For example, this can happen if the information on the sales order is not the same information as what might already exist in the system, such as an updated address or banking information or if the purchase is intending to be a gift for someone else and their information is used for the delivery. What we can do in here in the community forums is confirm why the order is parked and what the next steps will be, however we are unable to complete sales orders, this will still have to be done by phone.
