I ordered a new contract on 24/04/2020 and my order has been “Parked” ever since, tried several time’s to call in but in the current climate didn’t get through.
Can someone advise me?

Please please please take my advice. Cancel it all and go to another company.
I signed up 3 weeks ago for a new contract and I've had nothing but problems.
I'm 3 weeks in to my contract and I'm trapped, Virgin aren't contactable, they aren't helping at all, and I am stuck. I've been called a liar, fobbed off and hung up on more times than I can count.
Waiting for the Ofcom certified independent adjudication service to investigate now.
