Order Cancelled With No Explanation

I placed an order yesterday which was immediately parked. I phoned to ask why and was told that I would be sent documents to sign within 24-48 hours. I logged in to see the status of my order today to see that it has been cancelled, but no one has communicated this to me and I haven't been told why. I have tried to re-order multiple times today but keep coming up against an 'Oops, something's gone wrong!' page every time. How can I get this sorted?
