I will be moving to an area next month out of the coverage area of virgin so will be leaving. The free SIM that I had with the ultimate oomph package is being used by the mother in law, so I would be looking at keeping that going for her but reduce the allowances.

I'm sorry to hear that you're leaving us. You will be able to keep the SIM, but you would need to speak to the mobile team on 789 / 03456000789 and they will be able to transfer this SIM across to a standard mobile package.
