Oomph sim card

I signed up to a new broadband contract on  December  which included an Oomph SIM card.

I still have not received a SIM card so I can't use my mobile package which I will be paying for .

Is there anyone from Virgin who can help organise for this SIM card to be sent out?

If you haven't received the SIM card you will need to speak to Virgin Media's Customer Services and confirm they have the correct details. Be prepared however to hear the same music on a Loop and I wish you all the luck with that part. They will likely have to send another one out and cancel the first one though.

Call 150 if you have a Home Phone with them as its free.

I am sorry to hear you have not received your SIM card as part of your bundle. 

 

I have taken a look from our side but I am struggling to see if you have been able to resolve this issue since your last post to us.

Can you please confirm if you have spoken to the team regarding the SIM offer?
