I’ve had the Oomph package for a month or two now.
But I still can’t login to the mobile side of the Virgin Media website. I want to see my monthly usage/calls etc.
but when I try to login, it says my details aren’t recognised! I can log in to virgin Media TV/Broadband side of the website no issue.
do I need to do something different for the mobile side?

A separate login is required for the Virgin Mobile part of the VM website. You can create the same login details as you use for the VM side if you like, but each part is managed via a separate account.
