Oomph bundle

i upgraded to 5GB with my Virgin Media contract upgrade a few days ago but my phone still shows with the old 2GB plan. I was sent a new SIM. Am I supposed to swap SIMs?

I've been trying to get through to the Oomph Team for over 2 hours by phone and the text service isn't working. Getting so tired of this!

Thanks for your post. Really sorry for the delay in response, we have been very busy and doing all we can to get to each customer ASAP. 

 

You would need to pop the new SIM in and activate. Have you since been able to do so?
