I have again wasted 3 hours of my life trying to get help from virgin. Ordered the Oomph package with Data SIM. SIM card not delivered. Tried calling but after an hour gave up. Went to the online chat for the virgin phone. after another hour they eventually inform me i should talk to media as they cant see anything on my account. I knew this already. Another 40 minute answering the same questions they drop me and say need to speak with mobile who after another 40 mins want to put me back to media !. They did offer me the number to call again that i had wait 1 hour on earlier. Its really poor.
I have can not believe how anybody can stay in business with such a shambolic customer support system. As far as i am concerned my contract is still not completed until I recieve the SIM.

Yes i will let you know. It is worth looking into why this is happening. I assume the communication link between Virgin Mobile and Virgin Media is failing as there are many that have complained about this problem on the Net.
Still it has not been delivered. 😞 I really need it for when i am travelling. Thinking of cancelling my entire package with Virgin as far as i am concerned the order has not been completed and as such the contract not fulfilled.
