Hi,
Quite some time ago (possibly a year or more ago) I received an Oomph sim card through the post. I actually wanted my existing sim and number to be transferred across to the Oomph package. This was achieved and I was lead to believe that the number/sim sent through the post would be deactivated and removed from my account. I can see that this number, though never used, is still attached to my account. I mention this now because I have just received an email from VM saying that another sim card for the number that should have been deactivated is on its way to me in the post. I have no idea why.
I originally communicated with Travis regarding the issue described. I tried sending him a PM this morning (a continuation of an ongoing PM trail from long ago) but this got intercepted by moderators as unsolicited.
Anyway can we get this sorted please?
