Having an absolute nightmare with Virgin, was convinced to stay with them for my tv and broadband and they would include an oomph sim card with unlimited texts and calls, this was received and would not work in my handset, contacted the call centre who deactivated my old and new numbers !!
After chasing this up I was told it would take 2 weeks to get my new number up and running and guess what it does not work as I have now been told I am no longer on the oomph bundle and have been transferred to a pay as you go sim which still does not work. I do not want a pay as you go sim or ask for a pay as you go sim.
Totally hacked off with virgin as I feel that I was tricked into taking the oomph bundle to stay with virgin for another 18 months.
Hopefully, someone at virgin in the UK can help as I am without a functioning phone for over 2 weeks.
