Once again Virgin chaos, the mobile number has now been de-activated for no reason, unable to make or receive calls.
After speaking to an Indian call centre who are a total waste of time, they dump my call on any department and I'm told it will take 5 days to retrieve my number.
Informed that I will receive a call from a manager on a mobile number that does not work.
Absolute joke, I have not requested a cancellation or not paid my bill.
Can someone in this mickey mouse company look into this urgently as I am not prepared to wait 5 days to receive a service due to YOUR MISTAKES !!!!!
