Oomph Sim Card not delivered

Hi All,

I signed up to Fibre broadband Oomph bundle over a month ago which has 5GB SIM in it, my broadband is installed on 23-July but still I have not received my Sim Card for Virgin Mobile. I am unhappy about it, because technically I am paying for it in the end, even if its not delivered/used.

Please help!
