Oomph SIM

Hi. 

Recently upgraded my broadband and landline package to include the SIM for the mobile. I already had a stand-alone virgin SIM only deal. Mobile phone still works so I’m assuming everything has shifted behind the scenes, but the mobile app still shows details of the old SIM only deal I had.  Will it catch up or do I / you need to do something?

I'm sorry that you've not had your account updated to show the new details of the package you've taken out.
