Oomph SIM missing from bundle!

Hi,

I contracted the Fibre Broadband Oomph bundle which includes M200 Fibre Broadband and the Oomph 5GB SIM. Well, The Fibre package arrived but the SIM is missing. How do I proceed from here? my previous mobile company has already cancelled the mobile service so now I have no SIM available 🙂

Please help.

Bumping will not speed up the response from the VM can take a few days too respond and in fact the bumping will put you at the back of the queue.
