I ordered the Broadband plus Oomph SIM package 2 weeks back and is good for the installation of the hub but have not received the Oomph SIM yet for 2 weeks. Tried to call CS many times and they gave me the phone # of Oomph team but unfortunately it just directed me back to CS agent again and again. I am not sure if someone have similar problem and know the direct line of Oomph team so I can talk with them to resolve the issue.
