So, tried text messaging them...no reply. Tried to phone...Covid is an excuse. Surely people are working, even if at home...soon quick enough to encourage me to set up account! A family member set their account up a couple of days ago and the sim is due to arrive in the next few days. How can I get hold of anyone!
Thanks for reply. I had to pretend to be a new customer to speak to someone as no one was replying to messages and, there were long phone questions, though you had no idea where you are in it! It turns out the mobile account was never set up by the media side of Virgin. It’s now done and the sim arrived yesterday, but needless to say, had I not chased it, it wouldn’t have come, but I’d still been paying for it. Nor could anyone explain why it had happened. I had to set the account up on the phone as I have some fairly unique circumstances, so it should have been plain sailing. Fingers crossed I have no further problems!
