Online chat issues

3 times I have tried to upgrade on online chat ... each time the agent has cut me off. Twice before the deal was finalised and this morning AFTER it was finalised ... but I had said no to insurance. I’ve had no confirmation that the upgrade is going through and even if it does, I think I might cancel. Not sure how I check... don’t trust the chat agents any more.

I'm really sorry you've been having some issues upgrading your mobile phone, I can assure you this isn't the level of service we aim to provide. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual lately. 

Can I ask if this has all been sorted and confirmed for you now?
