Waited 31 hours on hold before I got a response this afternoon.
I think I may have got somewhere, but the agent told me that there will be no notification of the outcome of what we put in place, and that I should go back on to Live Chat to check the progress in a week. So that'll be another few days leaving the browser open then, while queuing.
Also apparently it takes 30 working days for a transcript to be sent?!! What!
Everything about Virgin Mobile is just SO hilariously bad. Literally everything is a total nightmare.
