Hi,
I purchased a new SIM with virgin media over a month ago and entered the PAC number at point of purchase to transfer my old number that was with Vodafone.
It has been over a month now and I still have the temporary number that came with the SIM and my old number can no longer be used as it has timed out. When I go on the virgin media app though, the mobile number it shows me is my old number so I am not sure what’s going on!
Anyone had a similar issue/know how to fix it? I’ve taken the SIM out of my phone so many times now and it hasn’t fixed the problem.

I am very sorry to hear you're facing some issues following a PAC. What happens exactly when you call the number that you requested to be transferred to us from your old provider? Can you also confirm what model of handset you have?
