Hi, I recently purchased a new phone and contract with Virgin Mobile, during the purchasing process I entered my PAC code to transfer my old number from Vodafone onto my new contract.
It however has been a almost week since I received my new phone and sim, and still my old number has not been transferred, nor have I received any updates on the process. If I go into my account and attempt to input my PAC code again it tells me this number is already being transferred. This also gives me the option to "view progress" but clicking said link does nothing.
Can anyone help? Is there a way to check to see if this is actually still being processed or not?
