Hi had a virgin mobile account back in 2014. I’ve just checked on my credit report and there’s an outstanding balance for £36. I cancelled over the phone and paid the final amount over the phone so I don’t understand why this is marked as defaulted on my credit report. Can somebody from virgin mobile help please? I’m due to apply for a mortgage soon and this could really get in the way.
