Odering a new sim

My Granda has been getting messaging saying his Pay As You Go SIM will no longer work unless he orders a new one. Both my aunt and I have gone through the full process to do this, but at the end get the message "oops, something has gone wrong, please try again". Needless to say this is very frustrating!
