Occasional loss of service. Very annoying

Hi

I've been with Virgin Mobile for 10 years now. I am currently using my 4th device an Apple iPhone 8.

Everything has been going great until over the last month or so I get an occasional loss of service. To get it back, I had to restart my device each time. This is getting annoying. I don't know what is causing this and I am concerned whether it is being hacked again like it did about 3 years ago.

Can someone explain what is going on? I live in the Wyre Forest and work in Birmingham.

Thank you for posting on the Community Forums - I'm terribly sorry for our delayed response and to hear you've been experiencing an intermittent loss of connection to the Virgin Mobile network. 

 

Can you please confirm if this issue is area specific? Or are you also losing connection to the network when you're out and about? 

 

Can you also please confirm if you have tried the SIM in another handset to see if the issue goes away?
