Hi folks hope I’m on the correct page. I had an email telling me that as a Virgin broadband customer I now get access to O2 priority. When I look into how to do this I’m told to download the app from the apple store which I’ve done. When I click on the app it asks to log in either via O2 or via virgin media so I click virgin media. It then Priority wants to use virginmedia.com to sign in when I hit continue it appears to open the app but then kicks me back out to my normal phone screen. When I try it on my iPad it lets me open th O2 app then again asks me to log in via O2 or virgin media. This time it comes up it tells me t
Somethings gone wrong
There seems to be a problem signing into your account. It then gives me the option to Try again or Log out of Virgin Media
tried clicking try again a number of times with the same result. Also tried logging out of virgin media and logging back in then trying again but still no luck.
Not sure what I’m doing wrong so any help would be appreciated.
