O2 settings for iPhone same as Virgin Mobile?

I had a Virgin mobile sim using in an iPhone, then was switched to o2 so I now administer and log into my phone account on O2 and seems to be a separate contract than with my other Virgin Broadband services.  Not sure if related but the mobile data performance on my iphone 11 has become really poor, poor signal availability and often no data working - often with others who are perfectly working on EE and other networks.  I live west London so should have good coverage.

I was wondering if I need to get a replacement sim or whether any of the phone mobile network settings APN etc need changing, my APN still has goto.virginmobile.uk.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with your Apple iPhone 11 handset. If you ported your number over to O2 and they now provide and manage your mobile services then you'll need to discuss any service issues you have with them.

You can contact them by calling 0344 809 0202 (or 202 from an O2 handset).
