I have re-signed with you on your biggest package. I am still waiting to hear from O2 re new SIM card etc

Can you advise please as I am being charged for it

Has you bill come through from O2? If so you need to contact then

Welcome back to the community. 

Sorry to hear that you've not had you O2 sim delivered as advised. We unfortunately cannot see any billing information for your O2 sim as you are billed separately by O2 for this and we have no access to their billing systems. 

Please try contacting O2 as enlli has kindly advised and let us know what they advise.
