O2 priority

Hi, just wondered is the o2 priority service available to registered virgin mobile customers or just those with broadband / media account?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

The priority app access is only available to the following:

  • Customers who have TV, Broadband and/or Home Phone 
  • Customers who have TV, Broadband and/or Home Phone (with Virgin Mobile) 
  • …and not forgetting any Volt customers who have an O2 sim as part of their new bundle

If you're a standalone Virgin Mobile customer then it would mean you wouldn't have access to the app I'm afraid. 

If you wish to speak to the team about upgrading to Volt, you can reach them on 150 / 0345 454 1111.
