O2 mobile bills not synced

Can somebody tell me why the 2 mobiles on my account are not showing on my latest bill. I asked O2 last month and then VM as it is down to them to sync the 2 mobiles to the one account. Can this be resolved please, another black mark for VM from me

Is this a Volt sim which is not appearing on your bill?

O2 are not merging accounts at this time, so each one is separate and requires a different log in to My O2

That should change once the Virgin Migrations are complete
