O2 Switch - Contract issue

On our wavelength

I was recently (a couple of days ago) switched over to O2. All went very smoothly and I'm connected fine.

My issue is that O2 have sent me a bill. I was on an OOMPH contract that included my mobile phone contract. I shouldn't expect an increased cost, right? Or have I missed something?

I know how hard it is to speak to Virgin, so just want to make sure I'm right before contacting them...

Your VM payment should decrease by the amount of the payment to O2.
