Good afternoon. I have recently signed up to virgin media with the ultimate volt bundle. My TV and broadband is due to be installed next Friday. I was just wondering how long will I need to wait until the O2 SIM card arrives.

Thanks for taking the time to query your O2 SIM following your recent Volt package, we appreciate you raising the query via the forums and welcome to the community.

We can confirm that once the order is processed, O2 will send the SIM which should be received within 7 days. The installation doesn't need to be completed 🙂
