Hi, I’ve recently switched to Virgin from another provider and ported my number across onto a new phone.
I am unable to send/receive messages and iMessages.
my number is correct on my Apple ID, however on the “my number” section on phone settings it is showing the Virgin number which was assigned before porting across my old number.
I’ve tried signing in and out of my Apple ID, waiting for iMessage to activate, which after 16 hours was unsuccessful, tried changing the number manually but it doesn’t change.
please help as I currently can’t send or receive any messages.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your mobile after your switch. Can you advise how long it's been since you ported the number over?
